This alb in on display at the Basilica of St. Francis is Assisi. It was made in Umbria of pure linen in the 17th-19th century. The border was made with gold thread, red silk, ands sequin embroidery -- thought to date from the 17th century. The linen is probably from the early 20th century.
The alb displays a pleat that is even more narrow than the griccia style typically seen in Rome. I am assuming this was an earlier style (pre-20th century). In previous years this alb was falsely attributed to Santa Chiara. Although she did make albs, this version is from much later.
